Wow. Meditation has been a huge part of my life for the last 20 years. Along with Network Care for my self, regular practice of Somato Respiratory Integration, a healthy diet, focused weight training, running a yoga practice, a healthy marriage, and a core group of supporters in my life it is BY FAR one of the most important things in my life.

Check this video out with the wild man Dr. Oz (Of Oprah Winfrey Fame). I really like his style and how right on he is. We either learn to master stress or it masters us.
